Genevieve Holland

She continued to pursue her passion for skiing out west during her collegiate years in Colorado and subsequent residence in Jackson Hole before settling in New Hampshire. Her husband Robbie is the PPST program director who threw her head first into the world of NH ski racing and Pats Peak where his family has been a foothold for many years. They have 2 boys who learned to ski at Pats; Peter a (U14), and Wyatt a (U12) who are now avid racers.
Connor Huftalen

Connor grew up skiing at Pats Peak and joined the program as a racer when he turned 8. He continued racing for Pats Peak for 10 years before pursuing an education in physics at WPI. During his time at WPI, Connor set his sights on a career of teaching high school physics and coaching for youth athletics. While at school, Connor would return home and help coach at Pats Peak during his winter breaks. Last year Connor started his first year of coaching full-time in the winter working with the U-10s. When he's not out on the hill, Connor likes to spend his free time staying active outdoors and reading. During the warmer months he is an avid hiker and rower. Regardless of the season or activity, you can count on Connor to bring a book with him, and he's always eager to talk about books and constantly looking for new recommendations.

Mike Akstin

Hey everyone, I'm coach Mike and I grew up racing at Pats Peak since I was 6, and it’s always felt like a second home to me. The last four years I competed in college at WPI racing across the North East and competing in the National Championship my Sophomore year. Pats Peak has played a huge role in shaping my love for skiing, and I’m excited to give back by joining the coaching staff. I’m looking forward to helping the next generation of skiers develop their skills.
